STEP 4 – Schedules

At this step you can arrange the time schedule for sending your emails. You can select your time zone but there are other time zones as an option. When you select time zone you can arrange other time schedule.

Now you can change the name of your time schedule. You can select a time range let’s say between 9.00 AM and 6.00 PM. This means the system will send your emails between 9.00 AM and 6.PM. You can also arrange the minutes. Let’s say you select “reach a new lead every 5 minutes”. Your email will be reached by 108 leads per day. You can also select the days you want your emails to be sent. You can save your time zone as a template or add a new one.
