Adding a filter

Hipcall allows you to add a filter to your tickets list. Filter options you can use are group, state, type, source, created at, closed at.

Please follow the steps below to create a filter to your tickets list.

  1. On the top navigation menu, go to Support and click Tickets. Click All tickets on the top left corner and then click Add view. Give your view a name and click Create.

2. Go to Filters section and click on the arrow sign, then click Add new filter button. Choose your filter type there. After you choose your filter, tickets list will be updated automatically.
