Adding a task

Hipcall allows you to create follow-up tasks for yourself and for other users as well. Tasks help you get a lot of work done in a short period of time. To create a task in Hipcall, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the top navigation menu, click Tasks.
  2. On the right side of the page, click on Add task button.
  3. Give the task a name and a description.
  4. Assign the task to a user and choose a due date.
  5. Choose a priority for the task.

Optionally, you can add it to a task list or you can a related contact/company.
