Adding a ticket

Hipcall offers a ticketing system where you can support your customers via an email address that you share on your own website. To add a ticket please follow the steps below.

  1. On the top navigation menu, go to Support and click Tickets.
  2. On the right side, click on Add button.
  3. Type a subject and description.
  4. Chose who the ticket will be assigned to, and choose type, source and the status of the ticket created.
  5. Select a related contact and click on save button.
