Hipcall offers a ticketing system where you can support your customers via an email address that you share on your own website. To add a ticket please follow the steps below.
On the top navigation menu, go to Support and click Tickets.
On the right side, click on Add button.
Type a subject and description.
Chose who the ticket will be assigned to, and choose type, source and the status of the ticket created.
Select a related contact and click on save button.
