Call detail

Hipcall allows you to see all of your call details. You can follow these steps to view call details.

  1. Go to Communication and click Calls.
  2. In the call list, find your target call and click the three dots on the right and click Details.

Here you can see the date and time, agent, number and view the call flow. You can also add a note to this call.
