Call history

In Hipcall, you can easily view your call history (a list of all of your call logs).

To see your full call history, go to the top navigation menu, click “Communication” and then click “Calls“. Here you can display all the calls including missed calls.

The other details you can see here are call direction, contact, agent, channel, call time and call duration.
