Call report

Call report widget is another widget that can be added to your dashboard. It shows a report of inbound, outbound and missed calls as well as the SLA level of your call center.

To add this widget, please follow the steps below.

  1. On the dashboard, click Add Widget button.
  2. A widget list window will open that allows you to add (but not remove) widgets to the dashboard.
  3. On the sidebar menu, go to Communication tab.
  4. Click Add Widget button below Call report widget.

After it is added, you can drag it and rearrange the widget. You can also click the three dots that is placed on the top right corner of the widget to rename or remove the widget from your dashboard.
