Contact center stats

This widget shows the total number of contacts and companies in your account. To add the widget to your dashboard, please follow the steps below.

  1. On the dashboard, click Add Widget button.
  2. A widget list window will open that allows you to add (but not remove) widgets to the dashboard.
  3. On the sidebar menu, go to Contact centre tab.
  4. Click Add Widget button below Contact centre stats widget.

After it is added, you can drag it and rearrange the widget.  You can also click the three dots that is placed on the top right corner of the widget to rename or remove the widget from your dashboard.
