Creating an generic e-mail signature

In Hipcall, you can create a generic e-mail signature other than the e-mail signatures that your users can add personally. A generic email signature is a fixed text that can be added to the bottom of all your e-mails.

Please follow the steps below to create your generic e-mail signature.

  1. On the top navigation menu go to Settings.
  2. Click Account and then Account Settings.
  3. On the sidebar menu, click “E-mail settings“.
  4. Click on update signature button and type in your e-mail signature.
  5. Click on save signature button and on the next page you can view your e-mail signature.
