Displaying ticket details

After you create a ticket and it is added to your tickets list, you can display the details of a support ticket. To do it, please follow the steps below.

  1. On the top navigation menu, go to Support and click Tickets.
  2. Choose your ticket and click the three dots sign on the right side of the ticket.
  3. Here you can display the details of the ticket like subject, content, status, type, assigned to, tag, ticket created and closed time.

In the list of support requests, you can display the support requests in a certain category by filtering.

After opening a support ticket, you can view the previous and next support tickets in the filtered list by using the direction buttons at the top right side.
