Editting a company

In Hipcall, you can edit a company after you create it. Editting includes changing email address, updating phone number, changing a tag or changing the company’s owner. To edit a company, please follow the steps below.

1. On the top navigation menu, go to Contacts and click Companies.
2. Choose your company and click the three dots sign on the right side of the company.
3. After the company’s detail page opens, you can update the information on the left profile section.
