Editting a task

In Hipcall, you can edit a task after you create it. You can change the task’s name, description, priority, due date, assigned person, you can also add a note to a task. To edit a task, please follow the steps below.

  1. On the top navigation menu, click Tasks.
  2. Find your task and click the three dots sign on the right side and click Details to open the task.
  3. After the task’s detail page opens, you can update the information on the left section. You can change the task’s namedescriptionprioritydue date and assigned person information.
  • To delete a task, find your task in the task list, click the three dots sign on the right side and click Delete to remove it from your tasks list.
