Editting a ticket

In Hipcall, you can edit a ticket after you create it. You can change the ticket’s status, type, contact, source and assigned to information. To edit a support ticket, please follow the steps below.

  1. On the top navigation menu, go to Support and click Tickets.
  2. Choose your ticket and click the three dots sign on the right side of the ticket.
  3. After the ticket’s detail page opens, you can update the information on the left section. You can change the ticket’s status, type, contact, source and assigned to information.
