Email list

In Hipcall, you can use Smart BCC email feature. The BCC (blind carbon copy) mails allow you to send an email to a multiple recipient list.

To view your smart bcc email list, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to the top navigation menu, click “Communication”.
2. Then click “Email“.

Here you can display all the smart bcc mails sent.

The other details you can see here are mail ID, to/associated with, mail subject and date. Click the subject to open the email.

In order for an e-mail to be displayed in Smart BCC emails section, your account’s Smart BCC e-mail address must be saved in the BCC email settings. To set your Smart BCC address, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to the top navigation menu, click “Settings”.
2. Select Account and go to Account Settings.
3. On the side bar menu, click Email Settings.
4. Scroll down and in the SmartBcc section, you can display your Smart Bcc e-mail and regenerate a new one.
