A warm welcoming message for the customers gives a sense of caring and makes them feel appreciated. When you prepare a good welcoming message, or out of business message to inform your customers, you will need to upload the voice file to your Hipcall account to be able to use this greeting message actively for your phone number.
You can have many different greeting messages in Hipcall. To add a new greeting message, please follow the steps below.
You can optionally choose number pressing settings, as what the destination will be when the caller presses a key between 0-9.
You can optionally choose how many seconds system will wait for the caller to press a key and you can define maximum key pressing try.
Click save to add the greeting message.
