In Hipcall, you can delete an ticket group that you have created before. Deleting a ticket group helps you get organized in case you don’t need the existing ticket group.
To delete an existing ticket group, please follow the steps below.
On the top navigation menu, go to Settings > Tickets > Groups.
Find the ticket group that you want to delete in the list and click the three dots sign on the right side and select Delete.
On the confirmation page, you can either delete the tickets when deleting groups or you can move the tickets to other ticket groups. In case you want to keep the tickets, you should select the move tickets to other groups option.
