How to edit an existing number?

When you have an existing VoIP phone number added in your Hipcall account and you need to change or update the details for your VoIP number, Hipcall allows you to make the necessary changes.

To edit your existing VoIP phone number, please follow the steps below.

1. On the top navigation menu, go to Settings.
2. Choose Phone and click on Numbers.
3. Find your number in the list and click three dot sign on the right, and select Edit.

• On the editting page, you can change the number name, you can update host/IP address and SIP password which your phone number provider can share with you.

• You can update time zone in your account and you can change the business hours. You can also update the destination of your calls for open hours and out of business hours.

• You can change the users who can use the phone number for outgoing calls. Optionally, you can upload a custom hold on music and ringtone.

• On the last step, click on save button to make the changes.
