How to edit an existing team at Hipcall?

Hipcall allows you to edit an existing team based on your needs for your call center. You can change the team’s name, extension number, the intro announcement and agents.

To edit an existing team in your Hipcall account, please follow the steps below.

  1. On the top navigation menu, go to Settings.
  2. Choose Phone and then Teams.
  3. Find the team that you want to edit in the list and click three dot sign on the right and choose Edit.
  4. On the editting page, you can update the name, extension number, intro message and users.

You can optionally edit the settings for line number and callback feature.
