How to list all greeting messages at Hipcall?

You can upload different greeting messages to welcome your customers using your Hipcall account. For example, you might have different announcements for all different departments and you might have a out of business hours message.

To view and list all your greeting messages in Hipcall, please follow the steps below.

1. On the top navigation menu, go to Settings.
2. Click on Phone and then Greetings.
3. Choose all greetings on the top left section to list all greetings.

At the bottom of the page, you can select the number of greeting messages that will be listed on a single page.
