How to suspend and deactivate a number?

In Hipcall you can have many numbers added to your account. However, you can also deactivate your phone number if you don’t need it or if you don’t want other users to use the number actively.

To deactivate a phone number in Hipcall, please follow the steps below.

1. On the top navigation menu, go to Settings. Choose Phone and then Numbers.
2. Find the phone number that you want to deactivate in the list, click three dot sign on the right and select Deactivate.
3. On the confirmation page, system will show you the users who are actively using the number. When you deactivate it, these users won’t be able to use the number anymore.
4. Click Deactivate to complete the process.
