How to suspend and deactive an existing greeting at Hipcall?

In Hipcall, you can deactivate a greeting message if you don’t want to use it anymore. To deactivate a greeting message please follow the steps below.

1. On the top navigation menu, go to Settings. Choose Phone and then Greetings.
2. Find the greeting message that you want to deactivate in the list, click three dot sign on the right and select Deactivate.
3. On the confirmation page, system will show you the users who are related with the greeting message. When you deactivate it, these users won’t be able to use the greeting anymore.
4. Click Deactivate to complete the process.
