How to suspend and deactive an existing team at Hipcall?

You can deactivate an existing team if you don’t need it in your call center anymore. To edit an existing team, please follow the steps below.

  1. On the top navigation menu, go to Settings.
  2. Click on Phone and then Teams.
  3. Find the team that you want to edit in the list and click three dot sign on the right and choose Deactivate.
