In Hipcall, by using communication tag feature, you can add relevant tags to your calls and identify what type of call it is. Communication tags allow your agents to categorize and label the outcome of each inbound and outbound call for clear visibility.
You can follow the steps below to see the list of communication tags in Hipcall.
Go to Settings on the top navigation menu.
Click Communication and then Tags. Here you can view the tags with their descriptions.
To add a tag to your phone call, please follow the steps below.
Go to top navigation menu and click Communication and thenCalls.
Find your phone call in the list and click three dot sign on the right and choose Details.
On the call’s detail page, click Add under Tags, type a tag name and select it.
You can click See All to see a full list of communication tags that you can use.
To segment your calls list by using a filter for tags, please follow the steps below.
Go to top navigation menu and click Communication and then Calls.
Go to Filters on the right side and click the arrow, then choose Add new filter.
From the filter options, click tags and pick one of your tags. After you choose the tag, calls list will be updated.
