How users use task tags?

You can use task tags to track your tasks more easily. For example, if you have a task about calling a customer about their debt, you can create and add a “debt_reminder” tag to categorize your task and track it.

In your Hipcall account, you can go to Settings > Tasks > Tags to see the full list of your task tags.

  • To segment and track your tasks, you can use a filter for tags in the tasks list, please follow the steps below to do it.
  1. Go to top navigation menu and click Tasks.
  2. Then go to Filters on the right side and click the arrow, then choose Add new filter.
  3. From the filter options, click tags and pick one of your task tags. After you choose the tag, task list will be updated according to the task tag that you choose.
  • To add a task tag to a spesific task, please follow the steps below.
  1. Go to top navigation menu and click Tasks.
  2. Find your task in the list and click on the name.
  3. On the task detail page, click Add under Tags, type a tag name and select it.
  4. You can click See All to see a full list of task tags that you can use.
