Invite a user

In Hipcall, you can invite new users and grow your team. Please note that, only authorized users can invite new users. You need to have user management permission which enables you to invite, suspend, and manage users roles.

To add a new user, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Firstly, go to Users List page by clicking Settings > Account > Users.
  2. Click Add User button on the right side of the page.
  3. On the invitation page, type in a name and email address of the new user. Choose and extension number and a role. If you don’t choose a role, the user will start using the app with only basic features.
  4. You can optionally add a note to your invitation and display it.
  5. Click Send Invitation Email lastly.
  • After you send the invitation email, the new users will receive the email and they can join your team right away by clicking the link in the invitation email.
