You can reactivate a user that you have suspended in your Hipcall account, and enable them to access your account. The reactivated user can log in to your Hipcall account with their e-mail and password information.
To reactivate a suspended user, please follow the steps below.
1.First, you can view the user list by going to the Settings > Account > Users page on the top menu.
2. Find the user you previously suspended from the list, click the three-dot icon on the right of it, then click Details.
3. On the next page, click on Reactivate button.
4. Click on Reactivate User button again to complete the process.
5. You can view the confirmation notification on the top right of the screen.
