Setting up your webphone

Hipcall Webphone allows you to receive and make phone calls from your computer browser from any location. To set up your webphone, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Chrome Extension Web Store.
  2. In the search field, type Hipcall Global Webphone.
  3. Click the extension found and go to its detail page.
  4. Click Add to Chrome button on the right side.
  5. On the pop-up notification, click Add Extension.

After it is added to your browser, go to Extensions and select the web phone to open it.

In the Hipcall Webphone:

  • You can make outbound calls using the dial pad.
  • In People section, you can search for a contact and directly call them and you can view the other extensions and call them.
  • In the History section, you can see all the call history.
  • In the Account section, you can choose your default audio input-output and log out of web phone.
