Suspend a user

By suspending a user’s account in Hipcall, you can temporarily prevent that user from accessing your Hipcall account. When you suspend the user account, the user you selected cannot log into your Hipcall account with their e-mail and password information.

Please follow the steps below to suspend a user in your Hipcall account.

1. Firstly, you can view the user list by going to the Settings > Account > Users page on the top menu. Click three dot sign on the right side of the user and click Suspend.

2. On the confirmation page, click on Suspend user button.

3. When the process is complete, you can see the confirmation notification on the top right of the screen.
