User list

User list in Hipcall allows you to manage all your users easily. In the user list, you can display user’s extension number, name, last logging time, their role and 2fa option.

If you have a long list of users, you can enter the required user name in the search box. The user list dynamically will update to display only the relevant results. At the bottom of the page, you can also choose the number of users that will be listed on a single page.

To view your user list please go to Settings > Account > Users.

You can apply filters to the list of users on the Users page so that it is easier to see specific users. To apply a filter, please follow the steps below.

1. Firstly, go to Users List page by clicking Settings > Account > Users.
2. Click the arrow next to Filters. Choose a filter from created at, tags, last logged in and suspended options.
3. After you choose your filter, users list will be updated automatically.
