User’s client state

Another communication widget that we can add to the dashboard is User’s Client State widget. This is the instant client report in PBX system. The widget shows how many users are in a call, and how many are on wrap up. To add this widget, please follow the steps below.

  1. On the dashboard, click Add Widget button.
  2. A widget list window will open that allows you to add (but not remove) widgets to the dashboard.
  3. On the sidebar menu, go to Communication tab.
  4. Click Add Widget button below User’s Client State widget.

After it is added, you can drag it and rearrange the widget. You can also click the three dots that is placed on the top right corner of the widget to rename or remove the widget from your dashboard.
