What is auto-uptake follows up to missing call and how to setup it?

Auto-update follow up to missing call feature in Hipcall helps you to track your missed calls easily. If an account user calls a number from missed calls list, the missed call will be marked as follow up automatically. This automatic marking can help you manage your work easier.

To set up auto-update follows up to missing call feature, please follow the steps below.

  1. On the top navigation menu, go to Settings > Phone > Phone Settings.
  2. Choose Auto-update follows up to missing call on the side bar menu.
  3. Click on update follow up button and here you can activate and deactivate follows up to missing call.
  4. You can choose the time distance as 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours. For example, if you chose 24 hours and you call back a missed call’s number after 24 hours, that will not be marked as follow up.
  5. Click save button to update your preferences.

You can always go to Settings > Phone > Phone Settings and change the preferences.
