Tags are the labels you can create in Hipcall to organize and manage your data. Contact tags are powerful tools that allow you to segment your contact data in any way you need.

By using contact tags you will be segmenting contact lists and this allows you to divide your contacts into groups on the basis of specific, shared characteristics. That can be a city or sector.

The user needs Contact centre settings permission to access and manage (add, delete, edit) the tags. Make sure you have this permission, otherwise you can’t see these pages.

You can go to Settings – Accounts –Roles to view your permission settings.
