In Hipcall, a ticket group is where you can categorize spesific tickets that are created when your customers send their requests to an email address that you share on your website.
For example, you can have a ticket group named “Hello” and when you reply to tickets in this group, your emails will be sent from the email address that you spesify, which in this case hello@hipcall.com.
Hipcall allows you to create different ticket groups and choose users that will have permission to take action in the group. To view all ticket groups, please go to Settings > Tickets > Groups.
