Editting a contact

In Hipcall, you can edit a contact after you create it. Editting includes changing email address, updating phone number, changing a tag or changing the contact’s owner. To edit a contact, please follow the steps below.

  1. On the top navigation menu, go to Contacts and click Contacts.
  2. Choose your contact and click the three dots sign on the right side of the contact.
  3. After the contact’s detail page opens, you can update the information on the left profile section.
