Setting up your softphone
After your number is added to your Hipcall account, you can receive or make calls using your soft phone. To set up your soft phone, you can use the details below.
- SIP Username
- SIP Password
- IP/Hostname
To see your SIP account details, follow the steps below.
- Click your avatar and Go to Profile.
- Go to SIP Settings on the sidebar menu. You can see your IP/host name, port, and SIP username and password on this page.
After you open your soft phone, type your SIP account details in related fields and register your soft phone.
