How to add a new communication tag?

In Hipcall, you can easily categorize your calls by adding communication tags to them. To add a new communication tag, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to Settings on the top navigation menu.
2. Click Communication and then Tags.
3. Click the Add Tag button on the right.
4. Give your tag a name and a description. Pick a color for it.
5. Choose whether you want to send an email to other users to inform about the tag.
6. Click Save button to save the settings.
