In Hipcall, you can categorize your contacts based on the data you know about them by using contact tags. For example, their city or their sector. You can also use a contact tag to specify if a contact is a customer yet or not.
You can follow the steps below to see the list of default contact tags in Hipcall.
Go to Settings on the top navigation menu.
Click Contacts and then Tags. Here you can view the tags with their descriptions.
To add a tag to your contacts, please follow the steps below.
Go to top navigation menu and click Contacts.
Find your contact in Contacts list and click on the name.
On the contact detail page, click Add under Tags, type a tag name and select it.
You can click See All to see a full list of contacts tags that you can use.
To segment your contact list by using a filter for tags, please follow the steps below.
Go to top navigation menu and click Contacts.
Go to Filters on the right side and click the arrow, then choose Add new filter.
From the filter options, click tags and pick one of your tags. (In the example, we choose sector_law). After you choose the tag, contacts list will be updated.
