How to delete an existing sales pipeline?

In Hipcall, you can delete an existing sales pipeline in case you don’t need it anymore in your sales process. Please remember that when you delete a sales pipeline, system will also delete it’s deals, notes and tasks of these deals and you can not undo deletion.

To delete an existing sales pipelines, please follow the steps below.

1. On the top navigation menu, go to Settings > Sales > Pipelines.
2. Find your pipeline in the list and click three dot sign on the right and select Delete.
3. On the confirmation page, you will see the users who use this sales pipeline.
4. Click Delete to confirm deletion process.
