How to add a new ticket group tag?

You can create and use ticket group tags in Hipcall. To add a new ticket group tag, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Settings on the top navigation menu. Click Tickets and then Tags.
  2. Click the Add Tag button on the right.
  3. Give your ticket group tag a name and a description. Next, pick a color for the tag.
  4. Choose whether you want to send an email to other users to inform about the tag created.
  5. Click Save button to save the settings.
