You can create and use ticket group tags in Hipcall. To add a new ticket group tag, please follow the steps below.
- Go to Settings on the top navigation menu. Click Tickets and then Tags.
- Click the Add Tag button on the right.
- Give your ticket group tag a name and a description. Next, pick a color for the tag.
- Choose whether you want to send an email to other users to inform about the tag created.
- Click Save button to save the settings.
