How users use ticket group tags?

Ticket group tags can help you to organize your support tickets around keywords that make sense to you. Ticket group tagging is a useful feature of Hipcall for organizing and searching for support tickets. A ticket tag is a keyword which describes all or part of a support ticket. A support ticket may have several ticket group tags, many of which relate to the support request received.

In your Hipcall account, you can go to Settings > Tickets > Tags to see the full list of your ticket group tags.

  • To add a ticket group tag to a spesific support ticket, please follow the steps below.
  1. Go to top navigation menu and click Tickets.
  2. Find your ticket in the list and click on the subject to open it.
  3. On the ticket’s detail page, click Add under Tags, type a tag name and select it.
  4. You can click See All to see a full list of ticket group tags that you can use.
