You can create sales pipelines in Hipcall to track your sales process easily and improve your sales practices. To create a new sales pipelines, please follow the steps below.
- On the top navigation menu, go to Settings > Sales > Pipelines.
- Click Add button on the right side of the page.
- Firstly type in a name, for example, you can name your pipeline as your sales team name. For example, UK Inbound.
- Define sales stages as new, qualified, lead etc.
- Add the reason why you lose deals like price or policy, missing feature etc.
- Select users manually or select all users to give access to all account users in the sales pipeline.
- Click save to save the changes.
