What is team?

Team is a queue of people who can take the calls for a category. For example, you can create a sales team and customer support team in your Hipcall account. After a welcoming message, a call can be directed to a team, and in the team it will be directed to an agent randomly or by order according to your choice.

Teams help you handle your calls easier and to be more productive. You can create different teams in Hipcall. For example, sales team, support team, technical team etc.
