In your Hipcall account, you can easily edit an existing ticket group after you create it. To edit an ticket group, please follow the steps below.
- Firstly, on the top navigation menu, go to Settings > Tickets > Groups.
- Find your ticket group in the list and click the three dots sign on the right side and select Edit.
- On the editting page, you can change the group name and email adress.
- You can turn on/off the automatic contact creation.
- You can select and change the users in the ticket group.
- Click save to save the changes.
