How to edit an existing ticket group?

In your Hipcall account, you can easily edit an existing ticket group after you create it. To edit an ticket group, please follow the steps below.

  1. Firstly, on the top navigation menu, go to Settings > Tickets > Groups.
  2. Find your ticket group in the list and click the three dots sign on the right side and select Edit.
  3. On the editting page, you can change the group name and email adress.
  4. You can turn on/off the automatic contact creation.
  5. You can select and change the users in the ticket group.
  6. Click save to save the changes.
