How to edit an existing greeting at Hipcall?

Hipcall allows you to edit existing greeting messages. You can update the greeting’s name or it’s extension number. You can change the voice file and the destination of the greeting message.

To edit a greeting message in Hipcall, please follow the steps below.

1. On the top navigation menu, go to Settings.
2. Click on Phone and then Greetings.
3. Find the greeting message that you want to edit in the list and click three dot sign on the left and choose Edit.
4. On the editting page you can change name, extension number, voice file and target.
5. In optional settings, you can change key pressings and input time out.
6. Click save to make the changes.
